Clarke Heating and Cooling is a 3rd generation HVAC Company based out of Victoria, BC. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in new residential and commercial HVAC systems, supplying and installing all ductwork for all forced air systems, heat pump, air conditioning and gas furnaces. We also do full retrofit systems of existing oil furnaces and electric furnaces to highly efficient gas furnaces.
Our Process
Consultation
During the consultation phase we get to know you, your needs and provide you with a proposal for the right HVAC system for your project.
Design
Our team will take the information about the systems we have identified for your project and then work on the schematics of how your system will work and function.
Installation
This is where our team will coordinate with the other trades to make sure our work of installing the metal ducting and HVAC units goes smoothly and is completed in a timely manner.
Maintenance
A properly installed HVAC system requires very little maintenance. The only thing to maintain really are the filters, which we take care of during our scheduled maintenance service. If an issue does arise, in most cases, we can get it fixed the same day!
